Responsibilities

• Participate in software development: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, and optimization
• Work across frontend/backend and data processing tasks to drive efficient iteration
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure product stability and reliability

Education

• Currently enrolled in a top-tier university (or international equivalent), Bachelor’s or above
• Major is flexible; we value learning ability, hands-on execution, and passion for technology
• Our team has welcomed interns from top universities (including MIT and leading domestic institutions)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or above; CS/SE/Math/Physics or other STEM majors preferred
• Solid programming and learning ability; familiarity with data structures & algorithms, databases, etc. is a plus
• Strong math foundation: linear algebra, probability, calculus
• Proficient in at least one language: Python, JavaScript, Java, C/C++, Go
• Understand basic software engineering practices: version control (Git), unit testing
• Ask questions proactively, own mistakes, and keep learning
• Good communication and teamwork

Internship Details

• Locations: Beijing (HQ), Weihai (Branch)
• Duration: at least 3 months; ≥ 4 days/week
• Process: fully online interviews (won’t affect your study schedule)

• Data cleaning: participate in cleaning, deduplication, normalization, and basic statistical analysis of large-scale on-chain data; align metric definitions with your mentor
• Reporting: turn analysis results into clear visualizations and well-written reports/briefs with business insights
• On-the-job training (mentorship): learn and apply Python and SQL, and build end-to-end data analysis delivery from 0 to 1

Education

• Currently enrolled in a top-tier university (or international equivalent), Bachelor/Master/PhD

Requirements

• Logic & learning: structured thinking; can quickly learn new AI concepts/tools
• Communication & rigor: clear writing and organized execution; sensitive to data definitions and consistency
• Mindset: curious, willing to ask questions, admit mistakes, and learn fast
• Bonus: basic Python/SQL or strong willingness to learn; interest in blockchain data (no prior experience required)
